- Try to maintain a healthy diet that consists of high amounts of healthy proteins such as chicken, turkey, fish, dairy, and lean beef in moderation, while consulting with a nutritionist about red meat.
- Vegetables like asparagus, spinach, broccoli, carrots, and brussel sprouts tend to pair well with meats. Rule of thumb is to have two fists-full of greens to your protein source.
